Hey everyone. If you went to the Anniversary Meet, you heard about a Charity Car Show that BMWMOFO and WetDub will be having in August. Well here is the info! This will be our 3rd Charity Car show and we hope for this to be the biggest one yet. We would like to push for support from all of you MOFOs and Non-MOFOs to help out a great cause! Flyers should be here shortly. When they get here the officers from OKC and Tulsa will be setting up small events to pass our flyers, get sponsors, and just pass the word around about the show. We will let you know when/where we will be doing this stuff for those who wish to help.

The BMWMOFO and WetDub Car Clubs would like to present the 'Motoring for a Cause' Charity Car Show 2009 on Saturday, August 8, 2009. This year all proceeds will benefit a car club member fighting a battle with Lupus. Please support us as we try to make life easier for a fellow automotive enthusiast.
This year’s car show will be held at the Eldon Lyon Park in Bethany, OK. This is the location of the original Motoring for a Cause Charity Car Show. This is an all makes and models car show to include motorcycles. We will have predetermined Vehicle Classes for European model cars. All other Vehicle Classes (Japanese, Domestic, Bike, etc.) will be determined the day of the show per number of car entries. Class prizes to include Trophies, Gift Certificates, and other give-away goodies.

CAR SHOW SPECIFICS:

10:00am: Registration Begins
1:00pm: Registration Ends
2:00pm - 4:00pm: Judging
4:00pm: Awards Ceremony

Entry Fees: $20.00 per entry (Pre-Registration) / $25.00 (Day of Show)

As always Spectators are FREE!

PREREGISTRATION:

For BMWMOFO Members, please register at www.motorsportreg.com and sign up for the event there. For non BMWMOFO members, Preregistration Forms can be downloaded from the Car Show Information site.

Preregistration payment will be collected the day of the event.
