2jz swap. Has anybody done a 2jz-gte swap in their ti?? Im thinkin bout swappin the m44 out for the 2j...and also considering m3 evo motor...let me know what u guys think...and where would I be able to get a evo motor... |
if you want a 2jz, go buy a supra. google&ebay are your friends. |
I've never heard of such a thing, so I'd guess not. It's interesting that this version of the Toyota JZ engine was developed by a German firm. That might appease the purists. Nah, probably not. Toyota JZ engine Wikipedia entry |
Look up the m supra... |
There has been a 2jz swap into an E36 but not into a ti I dont think. Swaps like that are pointless, with all the custom work and money you would need you could turbo a S50/S52. Same with the Evo motor. Id stick with a forced induction US spec M motor. |
Yea..It was a 4 door e36..its called the msupra..the power it makes is crazy...check it out on youtube. |
it would be awesome! to do... it could make way more power than an m3 could make. lots of fab work would be required. but i think it would be worth it. but personally i would rather go with a evo m3 motor |

Just do an LS1 swap. |
