318ti m50b25 swap
 

Hi, new to this forum
I’m currently putting a m50b25 out of a 1995 325i into my 1998 318ti. The 325 was ews 1 and my 318 is ews 2, I bypassed the ews with a jumper wire on the plug in the glove box. The engine will now turn over but when I turn the key the fuel pump doesn’t turn on. I checked power to the fuel pump relay, it’s good. I bypassed the relay and the pump turned on so I know the pump is good. Not sure where to go from here, I know I can wire in a manual switch for the pump but I’m trying to see if there is a way around that. I also have a plug that has 4 pins in it coming off the engine harness with no where to plug into on the chassis. Let me know if you have any ideas or things I can check
