Pics of style 189's on my ti
 

I've had these style 189's off my e92 335 sitting around, so I figured i'd throw them on the ti just for fun... They fit decently, but theres some rubbing on the rear, even with my rolled fenders and H&R coilovers. Specs are:

Front: 18x8 ET34 225/40-18
Rear: 18x8.5 ET37 255/35-18

Thanks! Unfortunately, the rear coilovers are dropped to the lowest setting and the front tires catch the fender when turning on a lower setting. I'll be putting on my Velocity splitters. This will at least give it the appearance that it’s lower in the front.

you'd probably need narrower rear tires to make them fit without rubbing, I know you just threw them on for fun but I say keep them, they look great on the ti

Well, they definitely are not the lightest wheel and with the stock runflats that are on they weigh a ton. The wheel weight without the tires are:

front: 24.8lbs
back: 26.3lbs

it’s a 96, so it’s not a true clubsport, but came with all the CS catalogue parts from the dealership in 96. I'm the original owner.

Thanks! Ya, they're growing on me as well. I have to take them off soon as I use them as winter wheels for my 335. If i kept them i would probably put on some 235's on the rear to stop the rubbing.

They look great!! Your ti is soo clean. Love it!! I like them because they got that concave look

i remember when my brother in law had his 335 and i changed his wheels out cause he had hamann's and these things weighed a ton with the runflats. run-flats FTL

I agree, runflats are terrible, and they cost way too much as well. Once these are worn they'll be coming off for good.

No, I agree, they are a bit too big for my taste as well. I think 17's are the perfect size for the ti. That way you can also run a wider setup without all the rubbing issues of the 18's.
