I took them out and they were really really bad. Completely black. Put them in the shower to clean them and took about 10 min before the water running through wasnt black!

Read through the fix on the knowledge base but cant seem to sort the next issue =

the window goes up and down ok, regulator arms stay in place etc...

Yeah i have the guides and the felt inserts but i need to see how they actually attach inside the door as they seem very short. Also there only appears to be one point at which the guides/channels...
