The tires came separately, the whole thing including the installation cost me $700 US. The headlight can be found on ebay, they aren't a bad price and they are HID compatible, I just didn't spring...

Thanks for the compliments guys. All the pieces are off ebay. The lip is nice, but it recently cracked. Needs to be fixed. Not the highest quality stuff out there, which is bad since it was around...
