If I start the car and go to pull away, the transmission won't shift until it gets to 3500-4000 rpm. If I drop it into 3rd, during or before, it'll shift as normal. Or... if I let the car sit and...

The only things hooked up are the wiring harness...

The only things hooked up are the wiring harness adapter and antenna adapter, no amps (that I know of?) and nothing in the RCA jacks.

Well, in the manual and on the fuel door, it says 90 minimum. Therefore 91 (highest available in Maine) is my only option. 89 is mid grade.
