I'm going to take the Blue Mtech to Cars & Coffee at Vintage Oaks Shopping Center in Novato Sunday morning in case anyone is interested in seeing it (and a lot of other cool cars) in person.

The car is still available and yes, it does appear to be one of the last built without a wind deflector. It only makes a real difference over 70 mph.
