glovebox door removal

The glovebox door is very simple to remove.

Open the door, then slide left and right so the hinge pins slide free, then the two catch arms will slide right out.
It should take less than 5...

Does anyone know the name for the plastic tray that is under the radiator and appears to protect the the front of the engine from rocks and other things?

I have seen minivans with a motor for vent windows, have not heard of anyone installing a motor for one in a hatchback.

I'll look around for one in an E36 Coupe.

I have the extra empty slots next to the gear shift for rear window controls but have not seen a motor for them.
