Also, one more thing...I found some bulbs online but they seem to all be 100W...the lights that came with the ZKW's are 55W. If I put 100W bulbs in there am I going to melt anything or blow fuses?

The sound is coming from the outside of the vehicle...with the windows up I can't hear it, so I'm not sure if that's it. It sounds like two metal pieces rattling against each other.
