Best of luck. Mine doesn't stall (yet), I really don't feel like pulling the intake again as there's not a central wiring loom disconnect on the 97 so it's a pita.

I figured it out. The seal was attached with silicone making the roof assembly difficult to remove. I removed the seal first and the assembly lifted out quite easily. Thanks for your response.
