mine has a rattle from a loose baffle in the muffler. started only as a small rattle when i hit bumps and then has progressed to a rattle happening between 2500-3500 rpms consistenly. it was bearable...

i'm no super mechanic, but the only time i've had a similar issue(but not on my ti), it was the brake line hoses to the caliper, they can deteriorate on the insides causing plugging.
