Wow... that is like the opposite of what mine shows. Mine reads really high for MPG's (around 45mpg all the time) and calculates the range on that, so it's always much more optimistic than real...

The fuel evap relay code is pretty common in swapped ti's; I'd look in that direction first. But a code reader will tell you...
