I have a 95 with 120k and I would say this is a good price, however, the things that are probably wrong with this car at 150K are numerous.
I would suspect the rubber bushings throughout are shot....

M42 and newer engines have knock sensors and unless you have a supercharger, you should be OK with 89. Superchargers call for 93 but in CA you have to settle for 92 which seems to be OK.
