I myself am going with the H&R sport springs and Bilstein sport shocks also Eibach sway bars. This will lower the car a bit not too much, I commute with it and still want a decent ride.

What are you trying to do? do you need new shocks? do you want to lower your car for looks? or for performance? do some research cause you'll end up with some bad suspension and will not be happy...
