This happened to me. Mine was followed by bad idle and eventual stalling. Was related to a bad ground I think, I don't remember if it was the engine or battery box ground but cleaned and reattached....

Not sure what you are trying to accomplish, but I haven't heard of this.

The easy way is to buy the delete intake boot, remove the module if you choose to, and pull the bulb in the cluster.

Vacuum leak? Have a look at intake boots, Sap stuff, then hoses under intake manifold.

Spraying brake cleaner in spots and listening for revving may work to find a leak too.
