My 99 Ti doesn't have it either. I believe it is because that connector is for auto Trans.

I bought the one from ECS Tuning. It's decent. Wasn't prepared to have to drill the holes for the lip, but that may be required of OEM too? The ECS kit comes with all the mouldings and lip.

I have a leak in the line that runs to the rear wiper. It is somewhere in the A pillar as fluid puddles in the passenger floor. Anybody have info about replacing this line?

Update

So, I swapped the hoses and noted little change in engine performance. Perhaps a high idle but the engine is cold. I would still like to confirm this is correct as I see no reference to the vacuum...

Thanks for response. Your info solves part of my problem in that the items are hidden.
But, those two hoses on the electronic valve (10) both run back under the manifold (on my car)....
