Fuel injector wire orientation

Had some fuel issues so I pulled the fuel rail, cleaned injectors etc. I wanted to make sure I was putting the electrical connectors back in the right sequence/ order of firing sequence.

I have a 1998 automatic. I just replaced the cylinder head and installed a brand new battery. When I turn the key, it clicks as if the solenoid has voltage, but it wont turn over at all....
