Replacing the Front Seat - Looking for Recs

Driver seat I inherited is busted, leans back and to the right. It's unbelievably uncomfortable, not to mention unsafe.

Looked around at used seats and even junkyards, but just want to get it...

Looking on Real OEM there were two options for the M42, those with the aluminum housing cover and those with the plastic. The aluminum housing (which I have) does not have a bushing, just the O-ring....

It's pretty open ended - what was the condition of the car before it was garaged? It's a 96 so you should be able to plug an OBDII scanner to the port and get a reading. On OBDI I can get a reading...
