My windshield wipers are stuck on the "ON" position and wont turn off. does anyone know exactly which fuse is it that i can pull to disable it? or a better way even?

in order of smallest to longest is 3-2-4-1 i installed it like that into the engine and matched numbers on ignition box.

3 of the 4 wires fit in the loom and the 4th i made a hole in the back...
