thanks for the advice, allready contect him about this matter - the kit he has is V belt driven and came off a 93 or 94 model, my car is an E30, but is all serpentine belts, so i can not use his...

M42 ECU with no EWS or other security system?

Hi
Im in the proccess of planting an M42 into my M40 car.
My M42 came off an E36ti from early 1996, it has knock sensors and DISA.
My harness and ECU are from a 1991 E30, so they support no DISA...
