Yep, I got welded diff idea from the Mannix/Wenzel 2002. Might work on a 'ti, definitely a cheap experiment worth trying once the car is retired from daily driving duties.

I really didn't think about a Sport conversion because the car has the M-Technic bumpers/mirrors, but that might be an easier way to go. Downgrading to the more common bumpers...
