yea......i think might off throw it out....its the small plastic piece that attaches over the rear speaker and has a very small tweeter spraker in it and spreaker wires going to it. let me know?

The wire going into the EWS from the ignition is attached to the wire going out of the EWS to the starter.
I guess I could of bought a new Ews II but I simply attached and bypassed the device....

You should take your glove box out and u will find the EWS. Take a test lamp and clip it to the green wire far left and see if it lights when u turn the key to start. If it lights then u have power...

No, sure wish I had not thrown out the original Bosch starter, don't want another aftermarket starter OEM model. Also, my mechanic is taken a look at the relay under the glove box for possible flaws...

Rebuilt starters

They don't make new starters for the 318TI. This will be my third rebuilt starter if I choose to take it out again. Just want to make sure its not something else. Are you a mechanic?

The race is stuck and the puller can't get it to move either. Well, we hit it real hard with wd-40 and hope it loosens...
