Those pulleys are ****ing garbage. My setup uses one of them and it started squealing within 20 miles. I replaced it with a spare one and now that one squeaks too.

I talked to another guy with an e30 DASC and he said the only time his would heat up is in stop and go traffic when its 100 out. And he has NO FAN!!!

This alternator has about 70k miles on it. I got it with an engine I bought and didn’t need it.

I am going to be custom chip tuning my dasc when i install it in a few weeks. I am hoping that someone with a boost gauge could give me boost values for maybe every 1000 rpm. This will greatly help...
