Interesting, i have no overheating issues at all and yet it always goes down to the same level which is around quarter full. I fill it and it takes around a week or two to find this level again.

just a quick one - there isn't a cold mark on my expansion tank. I assume its a pattern one. Can anyone tell me approx how high the coolant level should be or does someone have a pic....

i fixed one of the plastic cooling pipes a few...

i fixed one of the plastic cooling pipes a few months back, refilled and bled the system with no problems i get a nice hot heater when required and the engine sits at the middle of the temp gauge....

hi, ive just fitted a new regulator and sliders and i tried the window and the ball popped out of the slider again.

I think the slide guides had been reinstalled on the windows in the wrong place...

just tried her again and shes still doing what she was before. Rather annoyed as i thought it was sorted. Any more ideas guys? Someone told me camshaft sensor is a possibility?

changed the fuel filter today, started car up and she was still cutting out etc, tried for a good 10mins and no improvement, tried driving the car (for some reason)...

quick update, car was parked on slope last night...

quick update, car was parked on slope last night with bonnet in highest position. Came to car this morning and she started and idled perfectly, 5 mins went by and no problems. Went for a drive and go...

Help, cut out on idle!!

Hi, ive done a few searches and cant seem to find exactly what im experiencing so here goes.

Id left my car for 3 weeks without use and came to start it today...it fired and then cut out straight...
