Possible Short?

I figured I would post this in the right thread now. I had a problem with a fuse (fuse #46). My car wouldnt start because this fuse was burned out. I replaced it, it started but then it burned out...

I tried to jump it because I thought maybe it was the battery and I wasnt getting enough power for the starter, but that didnt work. I will check the fuse. What do I need to check on the fuel lines?...

Wont Start

I turn the key, everything comes on (all the lights, radio, air, etc) but the car wont start. So I'm guessing I need a new starter correct?

The manual I have says to use DEXRON II ATF for the power steering, however I cannot find DEXRON II around here, I can only find DEXRON III. What should I do?

Just Changed Spark Plugs

I bought my car on eBay a few months back, and got it like 10 days ago when I got back from Iraq. I just changed the spark plugs.. and I think the ones I replaced were the original factory plugs...
