Car doesn't start - electrical?

I've looked at similar posts but not seeing an answer. When I turn the key 1 of 3 things happens.

1. The car starts.
2. The car doesn't do a thing - not a sound, not a click, no turnover -...

It only happens when the roof is fully closed....

It only happens when the roof is fully closed. So, if I back it up just slightly (not even open just tapped so it's not "fully" closed) the rattling stops.

I know the frontmost passenger side is...

I need to fix rattling in my california roof. Anyone still have those docs (they no longer exist at those urls) or have a short answer for how to remove the roof?

Can you just lube those...
