if i hookup a new wire to the FLOOR KICKER speakers , is it connected to the MID AND THE TWEETER in the door , how do i do this ?

do i need new shock .. the car seems really low.
when i go over speed bumps the middle of the body comes down on them .
anyways ..

i'm thinking about getting my fenders rolled .. should i do it...
