Yes that's within specs. Try cleaning it off with electrical contact cleaner and clean the connector pins as well. Have you check your fuel and spark?

Update tested cps got 536 OHMS. Cleaned the O2 sensor and ran better, it stop miss firing and still has the same power as usual up to the 3500 RPM range. Any ideas guys?

Also cluster came in today...
