High speed is a magenta relay with a 2 position output/pass thru. Theoretically, the dual switch not grounding either trigger would leave the HS relay's "always hot" connected to the normal relay...

I fixed the airpump cover, replaced vacuum lines. Taped up an old hose to drive with (yeah I know...a new one IS coming), cleaned the throttle body and idle air valve.

I pulled the moronic toggle switch from the dash, disconnected 20 feet of idiotic wire, replaced the poor little F48 40amp fuse and got the cooling fan working with the double switch again... :-)

Ok here is a strange thing. To help you either need a car with a correctly working low and high speed fan or you need page 6450.6-03 of the trouble shooting manual.
