I did try and run a wire down them, but it seemed to end up in nowhere land. I figured the tube had cracked/broken. Has anyone replaced these?

Cali top leak

My cali top is leaking from the drain tubes in the front roof stantions. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to remove the stantion covers.

Its not a big deal, I was curious pulling the head, but its off now. Ill make a holder when I reinstall it, just to be safe. Looking forward to getting the car back on the road!

I pulled the head today, I do plan to make a holder when I reinstall the head. The cams seem to stay in place with no problems.

Yes, I have ordered both plastic elbows. Also most of the coolant lines, especailly the ones going to the rear of the head, so I only have to deal with that once! I dont have any oil or water...
