I just ordered this 318ti keyring on eBay. The seller is in Bulgaria, so I've got a bit of a wait for it to get here. This guy also has other BMW models listed by chassis type.

Problem solved! OEM cat came with the pipes attached so the O2 sensor just needed to be screwed in. Had cat installed yesterday and so far no CEL.
