So funny... My selector rod was dirty, too.
I added the 2nd bend... bead blasted, then painted the selector rod (for rust inhibitor)
Then I added 2 layers of solder to get the weight up. Covered the solder with electrical taps and she's ready to go. I'll install it in the morning.
It was originally 214mm, now it's 210mm. What do you think? |
