Ok so today I look down by my petals and see a strange switch hanging down right behind them. Upon further inspection I found a wire under the floor mat that has some kind of output/ plug thingy on it (no I know absolutely nothing about electronics). Since my dad is pretty crazy about me not having a fast car is there any way that this is some kind of governor? My car will shift at redline in sport mode so its obviously not a rev limiter and according to my speedo Ive gone over 100 mph so I dont think it limits top speed. Could it be some kind of acceleration governor? If not a governor (and I know that Im probably being paranoid) what is it? Sorry about the pics, they are from my phone.
