 Nothing
That's exactly the problem. Last time I changed the battery the readout on the radio said CODE-----. I punched in the five digit code and we were good to go. Now this time the digital readout on the radio is blank. It does power up as the readout is lighted, but the CODE----- is not there. Also I noticed the blinking security LCD is not blinking anymore. Don't know if that means anything. I've checked the three fuses and they are good. I've done the usual fixes like leaving the radio on for an hour and still nothing shows up for the CODE input. Now my daughter did jump the battery to get the car started so I'm thinking now perhaps a power surge did something to the radio?????? Any ideas? |
