Might as well get a 6cyl radiator. They're cheap. I bought a Behr radiator off ebay for 125 shipped. Might be a couple bucks more for a larger one, but well worth it IMO. Quality was as good as the OEM one that I pulled out. While you're at it you should replace the hoses, clamps and plastic coolant lines if they haven't been replaced already. It would really suck to get a new radiator installed/filled/bled and later find out that you're leaking from somewhere else. Good time to replace the thermostat and water pump too. Everything can be sourced for about 200 bucks. I know cash is tight right now, but save up for a couple of weeks and get it all done so you won't have any problems later.

Edit, can't remember if your new car has the fan delete mod. If so DEFINITELY go with a 6cyl radiator and remember to get the lower temp thermostat. Search "fan delete mod" or FDM on pelicanparts or bimmerforums for some good writeups.
