I honestly can't remember the position of the clip though... i would think it would point "up" in the direction the the cable would naturally go. In reality though, I can't see it really mattering. |
Lol, well I managed to do it with just a regular and a stubby flathead and without damaging anything. While removing the old one, i was expecting the tab to break or something, but it didn't. So if anyone ever needs a 4cyl throttle cable, you can have my old one for free
That makes perfect sense Philly, the cable
should point upward in it's natural direction from under the dash, but as we've already established, it probably doesn't make a big enough difference to actually notice. You guys should have heard me cussing at my brake lines the other day
