Pretty cool man. Not really into punk, you might've seen that from my site, but hey, to each their own, and I TOTALLY respect you and your band! Rock on man... I am the lead singer in my band, have been for about 5 years now, and we have had our ups and downs. All I can say is about the copyright issue is that it is really easy to resolve, BUT, it will cost ya... We had to get our CD produced and get the UPC's and everything, and then the copyright was free as a bonus, so that was the best way for us, but everyone is different, but hey, good luck with everything, I wish ya the best in the future with your band!!!
