Codes are usually stored in the cars computer until they're cleared with a scantool regardless if the problem has been fixed or not. For example, when I first got my car I ran over a block of ice and broke off the post-cat oxygen sensor. The check engine light came on, I replaced the sensor and the light went out. However when I hooked up the scantool, the code was still present until I cleared it. In your case, the check engine light is on, so there's still a problem. Like I said though, it's more than likely something simple to fix and emissions related. Also as mentioned before, those don't even look like real codes, I think your mech might have made them up in an attemp to screw you over. How far are you from Ventura, I'd be happy to scan the codes and help you out.
