Got to work on the car a bit this afternoon. Not sure now when the car will go in for a cage, but there's still plenty of work to be done...and some playing.
We use stripper from the paint store to try and remove the tar residue from the interior. It worked reasonably well on small amounts of tar, but really didn't do much to remove chunks of the stuff. After having my arm get tired, we tried a different method.
Here's a shot of how it looked when I left for the day. Driver's side is now cleaned out, still need to work on the passenger's side.
