I might be a little slow answering right now while I do my dad service and put him to rest.
You have a 3.6" SC pulley and a 5.4" crank pulley. Your crank pulley is a little smaller then we run in the USA which is why your a little light on boost and around 7.5psi.
What type belt do you run? can you snap a picture of supercharge pulley and belts? Maybe a few so I know that we are dealing with the same system I'm thinking about and not a different one.
I just need to make sure your not running off the A/C pulley or running a 4-rib belt or something I don't know about. Your in the UK and I'm in the USA so I don't like giving bad advise and your crank pulley makes me think you have something different then I've worked on.
