 Electrical Problems 318ti.
Hello New to Bmw's. Working on a 97 318ti. Replaced control arm bushings repaired window (passenger side that fell out of glide) and other small issues so far. the problem i am dealing with now is a voltage problem that is causing possible automatic tranni problem? bought a new magnet solinoid that mounts next to the shifter,12vdc rated. Problem is i only have 3vdc that dropps to zero triggers tranni warning lite and shifting problems as soon as i step on the gas. I have searched the forums and have seen similar posts on tranni problems. i,m wondering if the tcu has anything to do with this. Thank you |
