This could be difficult. There are many cheaters on ebay(especially at car related stuff) or on car selling platforms that contact users and try to tell them that they are an American soldier or something else.
Because of this many sellers on ebay are very skeptical and careful when they are contacted in a foreign language. And it would not be surprising that you wouldn´t get any answer.
