Friend has a '94 with a bad auto tranny. I happen to have an automatic transmission out of an '87 eta that works wonderfully. do they use about the same Getrag? How difficult would it be to do a transplant?

I can get the car for about the cost of scrap so I'll probably buy it anyway and supply everyone with parts.
