Did you change the t-stat? Sounds like a sticking t-stat or the water pump might be junk.
Until you get it in a normal operating temp you risk blowing it again.
The erratic idle is usually the idle control valve being dirty. This is the least of your issues. The I-4 motors are very sensitive to over-heating so take car of that first. |
