Guibo (Flex coupling) Rubber/metal cabling (Inside the rubber). It's the end piece with the bolts and studs.
On the end of the driveshaft. It connects to the output flange of the transmission.
After time they may crack and fail. Noisy and loss of transmitted power from the tranny to the diff. I just happen to have my 97 apart for a motor swap.
