Hey,, good writeup, but I'd note,,, if your having a shop do it, it could come out cheaper to get the weld in kit done. There are a few shops out on the west coast doing Pro-3 cars(E30), and the rear cross member is now commonly available pre-welded ready to go. Way easier than beating the old cruddy parts apart....
