Default Misfire with various codes :(

Right, as far as im aware, most m44 engines run a little lumpy, mine included when I brought it. 2 weeks down the line, ive done a full service including fuel filter and gave it **** around a track drifting, now the cars misfiring but not necessarily since giving it hell.. im not sure thats the issue as i didnt notice straight away.

Doesnt help that the typical engine mount is gone too so engines move a fair bit. Anyway, got a code reader on it and found either crank sensor or cam sensor, cant remember which but pretty sure its crank sensor so got a second hand one off a mate, took the old one out and there was some rubbish on it so cleaned it and thought i'd retry it anyway, still the same, so swapped it for the other one i got, still the same. Took the cam sensor out, cleaned it, put it back in. ICV has also been cleaned.

No air leaks as far as i can tell, sprayed brake cleaner everywhere and revs didnt change... tried spare coil packs and nothing changed (mine is cracked)... now thing to mention is, between doing these bits and bobs i never deleted the codes, so would this stop anything from changing? I havent got access to the code reader now which is why i havent been able to, but going to disconnect the battery over night and hope it clears the codes (like the e30's did) and it runs A OK!

Any ideas would be great, also whilst i remember, other codes that were present when i read them was various cylinder misfires, o2 sensor etc. We deleted them and the crank sensor one came back so... and yes no obvious signs of damaged wiring.

Ta!
