The ti air intake comes very well engineered for performance from the factory. You can read on this forum and on the internet about installing "cold air intakes" on ti's to improve performance, but the way I see it, the factory intake on the ti is a cold air intake, that is, air enters the system from the outside, not from underneath the hood.
