 Ongoing...buyers beware....
So anyone thinking about purchasing items from e36 ti-M should be very cautious. I attempted to contact him several times and he was slow or didn't respond. Finally contacted him a few weeks ago thru paypal and it took him a while to respond claiming last he recalled he dropped it off at the shipping store....more delays, eventually he responds saying he was "having someone look into it". Needless to say when I finally escalated the paypal inquiry to a "claim". Never bothered to let me know the results of him " looking into it"
Three days later I get a response with a tracking #. He just shipped it. Didn't bother to ask if I still wanted it, or otherwise communicate -- just shipped it 48 days after I paid for the item. And I assume I still have little recourse with paypal because there is a tracking #. |
